I have a question -- does this stand for a name of a band, or is it just a name of an artist?
 
If the former is right, then the entry should remain as it is.
 
If the latter is right, then the entry should be changed to Ursiny, Dežo.
 
So, if anyone knows for sure what the case is, please, tell us.

Yep, he's merely a solo artist and the bands that played on those albums were called Burciak, Prognoza and Provisorium, chronologically.

yes that was my mistake when I added him, I just fixed it in the database
