Keyboards for the Common Man

   So my group wants to get a new keyboard, but we're not exactly dripping
with money. I'm not a keyboardist, so I really can't give any musical
or technical info on our needs. (If it were a reed instrument, it'd be
a different story.) 

So can anyone recommend a good quality, all-around use keyboard that won't set us back too much?
