   Hi there,
Been into prog rock all my life - my favorites these days being Rush, Tool, Pink Floyd, and Porcupine Tree.  Had the pleasure of meeting Steven Wilson recently at the Porcupine Tree show here in Chicago.  Great guy! 

I am also a musician and write music and perform in a band called "B.C." (my initials).  I play all the instruments and do all the vocals on the recordings, but we are also a four-piece live performance band as well.  You can check us out at http://www.myspace.com/bctunes
