although a member for some time, dont have visited this forum much. i have presented my band "Skratfstrku" here and finally, I am able to put some information about myself in english in here, cause I have made a new webstite dedicated to my bands and activities. Welcome to www.pokutnyhudobnik.com and download full albums of my band Skratfstrku for free, listen to samples of my solo CD which is now available also on this site. this site contains english version so feel heartily welcome. Ok, :-), now I mention something I really like: Yes, Floyd, Vangelis, Spocks Beard, Porcupine Tree, Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, Bjork, Amon Tobin, The Mars Volta, Mike Oldfield... Music is the power of my life, but also a poetry and painting, really love to read biographies of beloved artists. When I am familiar enough with for example music of my "hero", it is really great thing to know up this mam closer, through a biography, I surely better understand why certain things in his life happened, why he/she did his songs and music in particular periods of time the way, he/she did it. its good to know those people "personally" in the end. it really helps also in a personal way. artists in general are inspiring personalities and often relly great characters (Frank Zappa-for example - what a right man! a big lesson to learn!) well, enough about me, meet you in some discussion

thank you for band-tips - dont know any of them! surely will check it out. the one, that reminds me my heroes the most is The Flower Kings and Spocks beard. Is some prog band/scene in Ukraine? I am relly eager to meet this kind of music also in another parts of the world.
