Gong's Flying Teapot - sound issue

   has anyone experienced that Gong's Flying Teapot has a higher distortion than Angel's Egg and You? I find the latter two excellent, but Flying Teapot doesn't live up to the same standard.

the re-issues I own of the Triology are all in the same catalog number series, so I doubt they just f**ked up one album, and did a great job on the others. ya know?
