I absolutely loved Blackfield, but I haven't heard Blackfield II yet. Just another display of Steven's genius.

Both are stunning albums I don't think I can choose between them.

I have yet to hear Blackfield II, and Blackfield I was nothing to write home about. (This coming from a PT fan...)

I didn't care for the first one (I'm a PT fan, too), but like what I've heard from II on MySpace.

At this moment "II", but it is a close call.
"II" needed a few spins to get used to, but it is stuck in the player right now :-) (especially after seeing them live, the tracks really come alive and are even better than on the record!

I won't vote yet, because I haven't listened to enough of II yet, but I really like it so far. The first is very good as well.

OK, right now I think I'd have to say Blackfield II. It's a really good album, and I think it has more memorable songs then the first. The first was still very good though.

Hard to pick one over the other. The newest one has some truly incredible songs as did the first one. It's the kind of material you either have an affinity for or you don't but I can't think of better music for a rainy day.

The first really is a great album! I haven't heard the second one so I can't really say anything about that one..

I really love Blackfield. I just listened to II once, but I don't remember liking it that much, I thought it was a bit less complex. I'll have to check it out again, I think.
