 Topic: Big Hello from Sweden!

My name is Svetlan Raket. I'm sitting here in Vasteras, Sweden, enjoying reading about progressive rock, very much alive. I am a drummer with a large portion of my musical life in the prog.rock world. Currently I'm a member of Swedish acts Pär Lindh Project and Zello as well as doing independent work with other artists.
Some of my fave artists who inspires me in no particular order: Jethro Tull, Zappa, ELP, Yes, King Crimson, Kansas, Rush, Genesis, Peter Gabriel and UK, among others. Right now I'm listening to the new Rudess/Morgenstein cd, nice compositions and awesome performances.
What a great community you guys have here! Looking forward to spend time here!

Thanks! Actually, I consider Rush to be a prime influence, both as a musician and a fan. Typically I'm stuck in their prime time (my point of view), "Farewell...-Signals period.
