Hello,

I hope this will be of interest to some - here's the blurb:

Best wishes,
Richard

KARDA ESTRA release a FREE mp3 album entitled DOWNLOAD this month from:
http://www.kardaestra.co.uk

The compilation album comprises 10 complete pieces selected from between 1998 and 2006. The instrumental music mixes the electric and acoustic playing of composer/multi-instrumentalist/producer Richard Wileman who is regularly supported by several orchestral players and the choral vocalisations of Ileesha Bailey. For those who wish to burn the tracks to CD-R, artwork (cover and inlay) is also available to download.

Great news, I discovered Karda Estra this year with Voivode Dracula and was simply impressed, wonderful music excellent arrangements, one of the most Symphonic bands ever, without loosing that delicate ethnic sound from Eastern Europe, hard to believe we're talking about a  British band.

Will be downloading it ASAP.

BTW: Are you Richard Willeman?

I believe he is Richard Wileman, Iván.

I shall also be downloading this in a bit.  Thanks!  More bands should take a leaf out of your book and offer MP3 albums for free.  If it means getting noticed and making a bit of money on future projects, then that's great.

If Adam (Black Velvet) likes them, I am sure I will.

Yea, I'm Richard!

I'm glad you think that way too. I came to the conclusion that my kind of music isn't best introduced by the odd mp3 or sample snippets anymore and people needed a substancial example of what I do - if they enjoy it, they'll be able to take it in properly.. Based on the response, I wish I'd done it sooner, really.
