In reference to my thread about Riverside's "Out of ny self" covers. Don't you think it would be nice to have all verions of an album's cover in the album's info?

Yes it would be nice to see all versions of an album's cover in the album's info. People would be able to see the orginal album artwork if they weren't able to, i.e. not born early enough to buy vinyls instead of cds.

Well, does anybody else have an opinion on this topic?

I agree, it would be nice to see the different versions of the cover, especially with albums that are widely available with two different covers like Gentle Giant's Octobus and Yes's debut for example.

This topic should be considered, because sometimes different editions have different covers, and it could be useful for both fans and collectors. i couls add to the list some THE RESIDENTS records or yesterday when I added MATS/MORGAN band "trends and Other Diseases". If the site is intended to give details, this is one of the most important . And the same could be said about picture disc relesases.

This could and should be done, as its not just a problem with old albums (take Porcupine Tree, for instance).

I agree that the album page, along with the othr info on the album, such as its editions, should include all covers. But what cover should be featured in the main page? The original or the latest?
Bigger on the inside.

As gfar as I'm aware, this has been planned for some while. Patience is needed only!
