I fail to see the humour in that....

Now only one track comes up in my mind and it's Moonchild by King Crimson. The first two minutes are awesome but the rest is a chaotic and pointless playing and I always skip the rest of the track. But I've heard that this song was made to fill the album because it would be too short...

You can choose a ready guide
In some celestial voice
If you choose not to decide
You still have made a choice

The guitar solo in The Lamia from Genesis
The "Arrowwwww" sung by Peter Hamill in the song Arrow from VDGG
The part of Fatal Tragedy of Dream Theater where he sings "He tried to get erected". Great part.
The beginning of The Great Escape from Marillion with the emotional voice of Hogarth. It upgrades the song.

etc. etc.

The guitar solo in "The Camera Eye" saves this song from going into the "Bore" pile.

It seems like everyone hates that piece. I think it's very relaxing, and in my opinion, it's the best song on ITCOTCK. Very nice and jazzy guitar by the Frippster. Clap

Opeth - Bleak is a song redeemed by one good moment. That acoustic part at 04.24 is amazing, nut the rest of the song is kinda dull. Sleepy

You've just had a heavy session of electroshock therapy, and you're more relaxed than you've been in weeks.

many popmetal bands' songs' startings are great, even bit progressive, but usually if the beginning is great, the song is very boring otherly.

I often rate music (prog) by how many those good monets it has. best has maybe 20 (not including repeated, though repeating is good sometimes. and not including the good stuff (but not stunning))  usually they have at least 1-2. lots of them so i can't say. well, for example Kaipa - Se Var Morgon Gry. Few grand melodies..
