Prog Fests (VdGG book)

   Does anyone know of any website, link, etc. where I can find out about upcoming Prog festivals? More importantly, prog fests that print up programs with advertising in them.
I advertised the Van der Graaf book that Phil and I wrote in the programs for NearFest and TerraStock. In both cases we noticed significant "bumps" in sales around the time of those fests, so I'd like to do more of that. Any help in directing me to a page with any prog fests would be greatly appreciated!
