New Features include:

Update (Aug 14):

  • New Rating Editor is up and running!
  • The epics page is now available ... the list of epics is compiled from the track ratings.
  • Shoutbox feature: Send private messages to other users
  • Many bugfixes

Update (Aug 10);

  • A general tagging system has been introduced, as opposed to fixed genres.
  • You can rate/tag albums or tracks (currently the track editor is not available, it will be ready by next weekend).
  • With the new tagging system you can assign any number of genres to an album or track. For each genre (or any other attribute) you can assign a level (between 0 and 10), so you can tell the system that the album is 70% Rock and 30% Jazz, for example.
  • You can rate/tag very easily at the touch of a button. The rating editor can be launched from most album lists, no need to go to the album page.
  • You can add any artist, any album ... no limitations regarding genre, progressiveness or anything else.
  • The tracklist of newly added albums will be automatically imported from musicbrainz.org (if there is a match).
  • The layout of the website has been overhauled a lot. Most pages now have only one sidebar to the left, and the multiple columns have been replaced by tabbed panes.
  • Various other minor improvements
I'd appreciate any feedback you might have! Check it out here:
