I never bought a single , but my first album was Manic Street Preacher's this is my truth tell me yours... still on of my favourite album!

Can't remember the fisrt single I bought, but the first album I bought was Jean-Michel Jarre's "Zoolook"

well, you've been doing some real diggin' mine was Musca by Şuie Paparude, i guess only Rico knows what that is from most of the PA population.

The first single that I bought personally was actually, "Grass" by the Animal Collective... and that was this year, after the album was released. The first single I bought that was released before the album was "Phantom Limb" by The Shins, also this year. I don't know why I did either, because I have a live version that I like better.
The first album I bought was N*Sync. It's not my fault, though! I was young and impressionable - the media made me do it!

First LP vinal: Number of the beast - Iron maiden
First LP CD: Well theres 2 of them.... Pink Opaque - Cocteau twins, and a compilation from Severed Heads (can't remember the title)
First single: Private Investigations - Dire straits (the only decent song they ever recorded)
