You may want to consider a name change, since there have already been at least two bands called Opus 3, one with Janne Schaffer, the Swedish Fusion guitarist, and one Techno/House act from the 80's that did a misguided cover of King Crimson's "I Talk to the Wind".

Not to mention Austrian band Opus, who turned out that nasty slice of singalong they call "Live is life".
