Opeth. Mikael and Peter play with such passion, and the acoustic guitar parts are just beautiful. Opeth's chord structures are just great, and their melodies are captivating. Just listen to Damnation.

I have always loved the acoustic side of Genesis, using 12-strings guitars (even Tony Banks) as a captivating counterpoint to fiery electric guitar and sumptuous keyboards (especially on Nursery Cryme and Foxtrot), in my opinion Supper's Ready is the best progrock compositions ever made because of the integration of those aforementioned 12-string acoustic guitars  !

Ohhhhh! Tough one! I'll have to say Opeth, just listen to Mikael´s playing on the likes of "Face of Melinda". Ian Anderson sure knows his acoustic guitar though, and so does Hackett, but mostly on his solo albums.

I'd have to go for Jethro Tull. They incorporate the acoustic guitars into their sound best, and it usually sounds beautiful. Opeth and Yes are close seconds, the latter simply because of the excellent "Mood for a Day."

I like Opeth's of those three, but Jethro Tull plays some sweet acoustic guitar stuff too.
