Curved Air's legendary "Air Cut" album has finally been remastered and released on CD by Repertoire
records. This is the first time the album has been available on CD (outside Japan).

That's not true!!!
Two or three years ago i saw a copy of that album on CD in a CD store in Viareggio. I think it was released by Progressive Line, but i'm not sure.

Good news. I love the album, and I've never seen it available anywhere.
Over land and under ashes
In the sunlight, see - it flashes
Find a fly and eat his eye
But don't believe in me
Don't believe in me
Don't believe in me

This is a great and in my view underrated prog album. This is a hot band with a very young Eddie Jobson at his unrestrained and creative best. IMO a 'must have'.
Looking still the same after all these years...

Great news - been after that for years, but it's a shame there are no bonus tracks on it. Would have been great to hear some more stuff from that lineup.

My dad recently got this CD (I had the vinyl anyway though), and it sounds great- especially when compared to the horribly flat Warner Brothers CDs of their other albums. 'Metamorphosis' has to be one of THE all time great prog epics!Clap

There are already 2 CD releases of the album before this new Repertoire release.
My version is from the german label Rock Fever Music.
The album is great and features Eddie Jobsonīs stunning keyboard work (thatīs why Bryan Ferry after watching him play with Curved Air recruited him for Roxy Music).
On the Repertoire site thereīs an error: the album was originaly released in 1973 and not 1970.

Great news! I've been looking for the album in vain, now I'll finally be able to get it.
