I'm really tired of my parents playing the Chipmunks over and over (even though I love them), so I was thinking of compiling a CD of different christmas music for this year. Do you guys know of any good Christmas song covers? I already have the Silent Night and O Holy Night ones by Dream Theater. Thanks.

Heh, strange request, I know.

Jethro Tull recently released a Christmas LP consisting of old and new songs. Also, there's the Greg Lake song from many years ago. And how about the Trans Siberian Orchestra.

IQ- 'For Christs Sake' (from 'seven stories into ninety eight') features a nice little medley of seasonal covers.Very good!

Steelye Span - 'Gaudette'

The Waitresses - 'Christmas Rapping'

AVOID Paul McCArtney,Wizard,Slade and Mud Xmas records!!!
