PFM in my view. I like both their music and their vocals.

VDGG's music is growing on me but the vocals don't.

PFM made two of my favourite albums EVER: Per Un Amico and L'Isola Di Niente. Maybe both in my top 10 of all time favourite albums. For the rest I haven't heard music by them which I like very much.
 
VdGG made more albums with music that appeals to me than PFM, though for me never as sensational as the two PFM albums that I mentioned.
 
Therefore for me it's hard to choose.

INCOMPARABLE!!!

BTW,have you heard their track "SEA OF MEMORIES"?(PFM with Hammil on vocals!!!).It's AWESOME!!!Highly recommended!Best song never made by both bands!!!
