I noticed some prog sites have a genre called Math Rock.

It is not on this site.

Anyway what is Math Rock, complicated composing or something, or technical music??

Yes, it's normally used to describe overly technical and complex music. Check out Dillinger Escape Plan, they're listed here. A mix of Rock and Metal (more Metal to be honest), but a good example of Math.

All genres/time periods should be considerd

Why limit what can have progressive elements by time period? I think that's stupid.
