Topic: PFM, ORME, METAMORFOSI recent works Posted: February 20 2006 at 08:07 |
These are the last studio albums from three of the most important progressive rock bands coming from Italy. I didn't include BANCO just because their last studio album dated 1994.
Which is your favourite???

I voted for L'infinito: I've heard it performed live by Le Orme and I think it's a great album... In my opinion Dracula, though much better than Ulisse and Serendipity, is more close to Riccardo Cocciante's Notre Dame de Paris than to prog and I don't like the lyrics of Vincenzo Incenzo... Bye!

I voted for LE ORME, but all albums are very good.
"L'infinito" became my favorite LE ORME album, I listen to it even more often than "Felona e Sorona" and "Uomo di pezza".
"Dracula" by PFM proves that the band is still in a good form and can create strong music.
"Paradiso" is a worthy comeback of one of the greatest Italian bands.
I'm waiting for new releases from all these bands.

"Oh what a lucky man he was".
I think it's high time for LE ORME to release live DVD. Can you hear me, signore Tagliapietra?
