Steve Hackett or Steve Howe

 

whose better?

Voyage of the Acolyte vs. Spectrum

Spectral Mornings vs. the steve howe album

Personally, I believe Hackett makes better music, but Howe is a better guitarist.

I like Hackett's solo work alot more than Howe's.

Howe is the better guitarist. Hackett is a better songwriter.

both amazing.  I'm going to have to give How the nod though, and betray my beloved Genesis.  I prefer his guitarwork, and THE STEVE HOWE ALBUm is a masterpiece.

as far as Howe being a better guitarist.... maybe, maybe not.... hard to judge considering Howe had much more opportunity within Yes to show his 'stuff' than Hackett did in Genesis.
