Similar problem has been dicussed in "Too many reviews" poll.

But almost every day I see new DTSOM, CTTE, ITKOTCK, "The Wall", "Wish You Were Here", "Foxtrot" etc. reviews. Most of them do not say anything new. I can't understand what people, writing reviews on albums, observed many times before, think (if they think at all, sorry).

It's not all reviews! Remember: even though the ratings are gone, the old ratings are still included in the avg. rating. So i guess around 50% of the ratings are with reviews and 50% are not.

Fair enough and you are right.So let's say there are 50 reviews.I have read maybe 2.

I just think the well meant effort ,could have been used so much better on something less reviewed.
