I don't really follow the NBA anymore, but I've been a fan of the Timberwolves and Kevin Garnett since I was into sports, so I'll give him my vote.

From the list, Jason Kidd. Have to like a guy who gets triple-doubles with the regularity that Kidd does.
My favourite isn't listed however.. Andrei Kirilenko from the Jazz. I prefer versatile, all-round players over the flashy, one-dimensional scorers you see on the highlight reels.
Iirc, Kirilenko is the only player in NBA history who has managed a 5x5 (at least 5 points, rebounds, steals, assists and blocks in one game), which is quite an impressive feat.. and he has done so 3 times.
