Some help please...

Well, im trying to compose, write, or whatever, some multi-vocal harmonies, Spock's Beard and Gentle Giant esque. Any help is appreciated. And sorry for the bad english

Don't quite understand wat you want help with, but for me it healps plotting out the melody lines on  midi-sequenser. that way youcan also change a nt at the time, and make it all fit.
Yo ut alsomake sure th lrics you ue have the same percusive elements, if you plan to bend.

Guess that is all the tips I can come up with.

Yes i do, and a lot  But i don't know which songs, only seems that The Prophets Song has them, but its only freddie on that one. But im thrying  to do some harmonies like ''Knots'' and ''On Reflection'' ( and many more) of gentle giant, and ''Thoughts'' part one and two of Spock's Beard. Thanks anyway.

Well I don't know how I could really help you. The easiest way would be to make a melody line and compose notes that are a third above and a third below the notes of the melody. Otherwise just take note from bands that do use vocal harmonies.

If you're trying to make something that's Spock's Beard-like/Gentle Giant-like, obviously you're going to listen to them. Though I think melodically, there isn't much magic about their vocal harmonies, it's just the way they arrange them. The way they do it is like, one person sings the melody then another will sing a melody that is harmonic to it or just the same melody but with some notes changes, usually it's arrange like one singer sings one thing then another comes in, so the notes topple over each other. I'm not sure how that would look like on standard notation, you just have to feel it out really. Though it should take some sort of rhythmic fashion.
