I decided to complete this today as I like to get things done that I start and so I am more likely to focus on what I need to be doing in the coming days. This is the twelfth and final, rejoice ye now, of the not in PA, one track for every five year period polls. I did 15 in PA ones. This topic CLICK HERE has all of the track choices I made for the "in PA' and "out of PA" series as well as links to the polls. I only covered music I know and like and I avoided some big names to highlight many lesser-known ones.
Feel free to vote for up to three choices, or more if that is what you want. Feel free to vote with limited familiarity. John Barry "Main Title - Beat Girl" (Music From the Film 'Beat Girl', 1960) Ennio Morricone "L'estasi dell'oro" (Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo, 1966) Leonard Cohen "Avalanche" (Songs of Love and Hate, 1971) Egisto Macchi "Pensee" (Voix, 1975) Cocteau Twins "The Hollow Men" (Garlands, 1982) Tuxedomoon "The Waltz" (Holy Wars, 1985) Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds "I Let Love In" (Let Love In, 1994) Aphex Twin "Fingerbib" (Richard D. James Album, 1996) Air "Alpha Beta Gaga" (Talkie Walkie, 2004) Broadcast "I Found the F" (Tender Buttons, 2005) Melt-Banana "Candy Gun" (Fetch, 2013) Vanishing Twin "Eggs" (Choose Your Own Adventure, 2016) Sufjan Stevens "Goodbye Evergreen" (Javelin, 2023) |

^ Thanks, that Vanishing Twin would be up your alley, but less likely the Melt-Banana, which is like some odd, noisy J-Pop with Mickey Mouse on vocals. I make these as playlists for me to listen through, and I wanted some contrast in the playlist in between the sonically related Broadcast and Vanishing Twin.
