Cool. I'll listen to it when I find some time. The only Turkish productions I had the chance to check out are The Magnificent Century and Baris Akarasu. |

I will have a listen.....one of my fave progressive musicians, the late musician, singer, songwriter, composer and teacher Eddy Marron-who is known around these parts mainly as the driving force behind quite a few of the albums of krautrock/jazz rock band Dzyan, often included a track on his albums with his playing of a Turkish stringed instrument known as a "saz". Don't know if Marron was at all Turkish, but he did a good job at playing and capturing the Turkish "atmosphere" with the saz amidst the progressive sounds of his music projects.

That's totally fine. There's always falafel... or something. I've heard a lot of good things about vegan burgers actually. The thing about those is that they take microwave/reheating really well (much better than meat). But anyway, I listened to some of the tracks. The guitar tones are frickin' singing! Musically, there's a strong connection to the raw 70's hard rock. Good stuff. I think the period-inspired production is what really sells this. Peace! |

Thanks :-) Wow. Good knowledges for me. Thank you. I followed Dzyan on Spotify and I'll listen albums. Also, I'm curious tracks included saz. I like most of Turkish or Anatolian instruments but one of my least favorite instrument is saz. :-)) But, there is some good examples. For example groovy saz song from 70's: Barış Manço - "Lambaya Püf De": https://open.spotify.com/intl-tr/track/0enmHQEf2I3lpITQwiDq1p?si=e1eb2aa1ab4848e8 One of my favorite Anatolian instrument is "klasik kemençe". If you want an example, I can show this song from 1970 and Barış Manço again. This song includes "klasik kemençe" and "acoustic guitar". Simple and deeply emotional with Anatolian melodic style and it's classic in here. Barış Manço - "Dağlar Dağlar": https://open.spotify.com/intl-tr/track/7iDB2RmJfPGIrgN42PBDLw?si=96b94e4857bd4594 |

Yeah. I'm working in a falafel cafe two days in a week. It's a about being good chef or bad chef, I think. :-) Yeah, I'm inspiring from oldies. I don't like spend my million hours with 'sound', I'm interesting in composition, riffs, melodies. :-) If you didn't listen yet, I think check out 'Mülteci' too. :-) |

I'm on track 3 now and it sounds great! I love the idea of a concept trilogy for a cat! I'd love to make one for mine someday
Is it self recorded or did you go to a studio? |
