   Hello everybody, 
I must confess that I'm just OLD Prog music Fan, no matter if American, British, French or Italian, but yesterday I saw in an Argentinean site, that seems to be very famous  an article of a guy completely unknown. But the intriguing about this, is that the article describe as musicians involved Tony Franklin on bass, and drummer Jan-Vincent Velazco. The art cover, according to what I understood was done by Hugh Syme. 

Does anybody know something about this guy ?

Does anybody know something about this release ? I can't find anything else beyond that article.
