Hello friends. I always like to listen to music on Spotify, now I can’t start it on Windows 10 PC; it shows “Oops! Something went wrong” error. I don’t know the reasons why this happens and how to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

It works fine for me on Windows 10, both in the app and the browser. If you're on Twitter you can post to their help account or perhaps look in the help pages, although it's not a very specific error message.

Are you using the app or via a browser? If browser, what URL are you using?

^ LOLLOLLOL  In the Automotive Maintenance world, when there are PLC's that go for a sh*t they do what's called a redneck reset. Turn it off and then turn it on again.
Thank you for supporting independently produced music

If he's using the browser version there's nothing to uninstall and reinstall.

I'm going to go hug my album collection.     Oh yeah, and my CD player that can random shuffle 100+ CDs.

Thanks everyone for helping. I was finally able to figure out the issue. The Spotify account address needs to be the same as the billing address of any family plan you are subscribed to, which I learned from here. After I changed my Spotify account address to the same billing address used by my father for subscribing to the family plan, this issue was fixed.
