I am offended from this list... My favorite guitar hero Hizaki is not on the list.

I'm really wondering what's their basis for this video.

I totally agree on the 8 guitarists there but the 2 is a piece of sh*t.

Anyway, who's your favorite Japanese guitarist not on the list?
I want to know them more.

Paul Shigihara

Friede and I know him personally and played with him at our restaurant once as a guitar/piano/drums and vocals trio

Hi,

(not sure I am on the right track here ... )

I enjoyed a lot of Masayoshi Takanaka, originally from the Sadistic Mika Band ...

It's also hard to not include one crazy Kawabata Makoto from the Acid Mothers Temple ...

Two very different musicians, but both really nice in their own way.
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

I think Takayoshi Ohmura is the best guitar shredders in Japan.
I watched one of his old videos. IT's a below 1 minute video and yet he shred the crap of that guitar.

This is not the actual video

The video that I am talking about is much faster. Play this x3 for real!

Takayoshi Ohmura is a monster!

Are you and the OP roommates?

Kimio Mizutani and Kazumi Watanabe are two Japanese guitarist names that spring immediately to mind (not as shredders).
