i don’t really understand the point of this, but it’s one of the strangest music clips I’ve seen in a long long time, so thanks for blowing my mind.

The dawn of the Soviet Union brought numerous mad experimentators to light, the same happened with the sunset of it. Perestroika time and especially the years of 1989-1991 gave birth to so many weird art groups, particularly the music ones. There was, for example, the TV show Jolly Fellows that combined nonsense sketches and innocent pranks with Terry Gilliam-style animation - it was very revolutionary for its place and time. 

The band NOM (Neformal'noye Obyedineniye Molodyozhi, Informal Union Of Young People) was one of the weirdest ones.
