Anyone out there going to eat anything but the traditional turkey dinner for Thanksgiving?

I'm thinking tacos or baby back ribs.

Roast Pork Egg Foo Young. A tradition my brother and I started when we were kids. It drove the old folks crazy.

Hi,

Pass ... too much fattening foods I can not eat!

I might tackle the salad ... that's about it!

^ Love a good prime rib, or just a roast, and gotta have the Yorkshire pudding !

I'll probably do ham with stuffing and Brussels sprouts -

We're having roast beef, though without Yorkshire pudding.  Sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce will also be there, though with a twist (and no marshmallows or canned stuff in sight!). A nice Italian-style antipasto for starters, and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. All made by me!

My mother will make some pan-fried dumplings for this Thanksgiving, but in other years we had some oven-baked duck.

^ We would often do a goose for Christmas.  Delicious.
