   Just saw this from Jon's collaborator Sean McKee. Seems like they've 
been working on this double album forever and Jon says in the interview 
it's been 5 years. Looks like it will see the light. Link below. There's
 a new song playing in the background. From the description in the 
video:

Jon Anderson and Sean McKee are interviewed on WGN TV Chicago by Dean 
Richards to discuss mixing their double concept album and how they will 
be doing a project with Columbia College Chicago. Jon and Sean, along 
with their engineer Ryan Black will be teaching an advanced class on 
mixing soundscapes in 5.1 surround sound. And in a Columbia College 
first, the project will be multi-departmental, creating visual, gaming 
and virtual reality companions to the album.
