   I’m not a man of wealth (unfortunately), but I believe I have some taste about music.

Hi everyone,

My name is Jean, I’m French and I’ve been a bass player for 40+ years.

I actually came into the world of music mainly through prog rock : Yes, Genesis, ELP etc., back in the early 70’s.

After having a hard time getting used to later prog bands, I now admit I love bands such as Dream Theater, Haken, Porcupine Tree, and a few others.

I am currently the bass player for Michael Reese’s Longshot (« Armageddon from Hell »), and in parallel I am working on a prog project with my own compositions.

	Welcome aboard Jean I hope you'll love this place as much as I do. It is certainly the best place to find recommendations on just about any sort of music genre (also besides Prog Rock). Cheers David
