   I will of course recommend Kayo Dot, Choirs of the Eye is a modern classic as far as I'm concerned but if your not so hot on their metal elements then try Blue Lambency Downward or Coyote. Another Toby Driver project to try would Tartar Lamb, you might like the second album Polyimage of Known Exits more than the first.

	Thanks very much to you all for your great interesting recommendations. As I said before, I will need some time to check it all out, but I'm going to look up everything. Very few of them were already known to me, like Shub-Niggurath (I have only their first album, which is great) or Kayo Dot. But most of them are new to me. The Knells (eponymous album) is great!
