I voted for Jon Anderson. There's just something... I dunno... magical about his voice.

As for the Thom Yorke thing, well, I love Radiohead, and I think he has an amazing voice, but he definitely shouldn't win this poll. Even if you excluded all these other guys, there are similar vocalists who I would consider more charismatic (Jonsi from Sigur Ros comes to mind).
