Not true.

But there are backwards messages in some of Waters's stuff, like Empty Spaces and Perfect Sense.  You can hear muffled human speech on those songs when you play them forwards, though.  Nothing threatening about the messages either, except for Waters screaming violently at someone called Stanley in the Perfect Sense messege!
