Saw the premiere of 2015 TMS last night and Geddy Lee was the special guest. The main focus was about the upcoming tour and is this "the last tour?".

Well the answer was encouraging and what I thought based on the recent interviews. I still suspect future tours will be short and only concentrated to NA. I see major cities like LA, San Fran, Seattle, NY, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Detroit, Cleveland, Vancouver BC, Toronto, Calgary maybe few others. And I think they will be 3 months on...then off for 4-6 months. Something like that, allows them time to spend with families and not get burned out on a yr long 50 city NA tour and then off to UK.

It was a good interview last night I thought......Clearly Geddy wants to make more music and good news is they are still a band, a great one at that!

Rush could easily have all but disappeared some 15 years ago given the terrible tragedies in Neal's life. Its actually nice to hear that he (Peart) has the pull of a young family that will make extensive touring quite difficult. They have my most utmost respect , more than any other band I like. Good guys.Hug

^ Well said....I cannot imagine those tragedies happening all so close together and to the most important people in your life, wife and daughter.

How do you carry on? It seems clear he did the best thing, take a journey to grieve, remember and collect yourself.

< id="" id=":AA2F4D1D-BC58-4ac1-931C-94B431C26869"> It still amazes me what Rush accomplished with "Clockwork Angels," one of the best albums created in the latter days of their career.
"My Favorite Headache" is for me exhibit A in my argument that the 90's were much worse for prog than the 80's. iframe,embed,object,img,div{behavior: url(#htmlfilter)} window.onerror=abperr; function abperr(a,b,c){return true;}

OH Please Rush, bring back the epics and the majestic keyboards! You went around the block enough, give me another Signals and I'll mown your lawn for life.

Good God man, these dudes are as old as I am. If they want to throw in the towel after one more spectacular tour, that's fine by me. They're earned the right to enjoy the rest of their lives.
