trouble with posting reviews (Scott Brownstone)

Hi all, a friend of mine, Scott Brownstone, would need your help for his issue : Scott asked in one of the forums for a name change from his original to Scott Brownstone. It was done immediately; however, ever since... he has been unable to post any reviews. He types it and he has tried cutting and pasting from a .txt file and the result is always the same. When he submits the review,,, he is told that he may not do that (even though he is logged in). His old reviews are still visible under his original prog archives handle "Terence Butler" 
Scott's nickname here is Scott Brownstone.
His email is [email protected] and his skype name is Scott Brownstone.

	There seems to be an issue with logging into the forum section, and logging into the `collaborator' section from the front page. Frequently, even after logging in from the main page, I also have to log in AGAIN before having access to the `add review' box...not sure it that is part of the issue you're having?
