The Watch from italy are again on tour performing their own stuff and early Genesis material.

Saw this Italian band last year in Hamilton, Ontario.  Despite a couple of rowdy folks in the audience, they knocked it out of the park, and their originals are excellent (one of their CDs lived in my car player for months).  Highly recommended.
