No it's a movie that I've heard about.  I know there is someone on this sit that's seen it and I want to hear what they have to say about it.

Check out Vibrationbaby's web site. I remember seeing some info on Eraserhead. I believe it's a nightmare. It's on my "To See" list.

Eraserhead is in fact Lynch first long movie. I consider it at his best...in black & white with a very bizarre atmosphere in a world made of bad dreams and chaotic relationships... a cross between surrealism, expressionism and SF.

GO TO MY WEB SITE. THIS IS MY FAVOURITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME. THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT IT WAS RAINING OUT AND I SAW A SUICIDE IN THE MONTREAL METRO IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS JUST TO MAKE IT MORE DEPRESSING. THERE IS A GREAT LINK YOU CAN CLICK ON. ERASERHEAD IS A WORK OF ART.

Only saw it once. Made quite an impression on me. I was about 15 I think. Generally I can take or leave Lynch films. They sometimes - not always - seem to be wacky for the sake of it.

Eraserhead seems to be about a couple who have an alien baby, after the man is visted/abducted by aliens. Correct me if I'm wrong..

Hi:

Eraserhead is mostly a subreal movie, with some pretty disturbing images. You should enjoy it only if you don't ask a movie to have always a clear plot. One could say that if you like Buñuel's 'Un Chien Andalou' or Jean Coctau's 'The Blood of a Poet' you like this one too.

And, of course, it's essential to being able to enter David Lynch's world. Think about it like 'Blue Velvet' or 'Mullholland Dr' EVEN MORE bizarre and with almost no plot in sight.

It's a very weird film and in places almost unbearably dark (ie when he removes the bandages from the 'mutant' baby... uuuggghhh!!).But you must see it it.Lynch is a remarkable film maker.I also love 'Mulholland Drive' very much and also the very different (for him) 'The Straight Story'.

The weirdest David Lynch film has to be 'Lost Highway' though.Anyone care to disagree?

such an amazing film, shot in black white for effect i believe, its about this guys life whicgh seems totally surreal and a real nightmare. its showing the hellish mundane side of life...a guy trapped ..crap job ...got a girl pregnant...weird child non stop crying...stuff like that..if i recall right theres no dialect...its very well done.

Lost highway is another fantastic film to check aswell as the twisted Blue Velvet and the surreal bizarre Mulholland Drive.

yeah im here....lol i meant to say which...i can only type with one hand at moment coz a week ago i severed a tendon in my left hand with a sharp knife by accident ...had to get an emergency operation to repair it...not good as im an artist ..im all plastered and its in a sling ..aww...but back to Lynch

Lynch movies are always wonderful , they show a murkier side of things..a disturbed view point..totally ingenious. It gets you thinking..and when i first saw eraserhead i had to immediately watch it another two times after it..I feel like watching a selection of lynch movies now..whos up 4 joining me ..lol

Oh, ok. I didn't see it, but your comment sounded a bit odd.

BTW, I'm not planning to see it soon... from what I've heard, I think it's a bit too scary for me
