As far as portly comics go, I got more laughs from Chris Farley and John Goodman than these two.

Belushi over Candy but Farley was funny also.....never thought of Goodman as a'comic actor' per se since he has done many dramatic roles also.

Of the (now) four, I'd probably go with Farley. John Goodman is obviously the best actor. Candy and Belushi had such different approaches, it's hard to compare.

John Belushi probably had a lot more unexposed potentual then Candy. Like River Phoenix, Belushi had,more to proove

Farley made me laugh the hardest - his "best of SNL" DVD devoted to his skits is the best one I've seen.
But between Belushi and Candy, I'll go with Candy.

Love both but it has to be Belushi. Blues Brothers is one of the greatest movies ever made.
