Funnel web spider
Irukandji
Box jelly fish
Kasuary(if it's monster claws manage to get a hold of your throat)

And (to an extent) the redback spider (probably only deadly if you're very young or very old):



When I spent a year in Australia, the only one I saw from these lists was a redback on the ceiling above my bed when I woke up one day. It died!
