If you could pick only one single track that gives you the highs the lows the build up and the beauty and the aaahhhhhh's omg plus oooohh's and wows and the explosive feeling too good, which track would you pick? I would have to pick Salisbury track from same album by Uriah Heep and you? SmileHug

Godspeed You! Black Emperor's "Sleep", although Genesis - "Supper's Ready" also comes to mind.

Good choices Smartpatrol, however for me not enticing enough or explosive compared to Salisbury Hug

Hmm. I don't know about one particular track, but I'm going to say all of Steven Wilson's Grace for Drowning album.

Probably  Yes' Starship Trooper on the Yes album. When I heard that for the second or third time, I was almost gasping for breath, with sweat all over my body, shaking my head in disbelief because of how good it was ( and is). Especially the last part, Würm, was so overwhelming.
Well, I might be exaggerating, but that's how I remember it.

Too bad it didn't always feel like that: that's dynamic quality as writer Robert Pirsig would say: it doesn't always stay that good in your ears.
But that track gave me the most "eargasmic" experience ever.
Other tracks, like my favorite track of all times, Awaken by Yes, are more slower growers, but give a more lasting satisfaction.

Mahavishnu Orchestra's "Dream" from the Between Nothingness & Eternity live album. One of the best and most intense performances I have ever heard and just a 21 minute eargasm overall.

Yay!!! Hello Smartpatrol, Zegexes, Moogtron III, Presdoug, BJ-1, Sumdeus, Aginor, CPicard, Billy Pilgrim and Larree please if you want add the music links to the tracks or youtube links, it's so much easier both in terms of going back and listening for the first time, it has more maybe impact I think instead of looking it up or just being lazy to do so :)

I'd also like to express my affinity for that particular track.
Just looked for it on youtube but, alas, it is blocked.
