Click here to watch (20 minutes)

Basically...  it's hilarious, subtle comedy.  If you know ANYTHING about emo culture, anything at all, this is a must-view.

One of the funniest things I've seen in awhile.

I've seen that video a while ago, and i LOVED it! I know a lot of emo kids and have been around the culture a lot (not to say that i AM one of those kids, no way!) but the interpretation of emo in the film is spot on! Glad it made its way to the forum

Once when I showed someone on the internet a picture of me, she said I looked kinda "emo" ... I didn't take it as a compliment

what is the real emo subculture about anyway?

Oh man that was gold! The part with tu-pac was hilarious. Though I have to agree with one thing, NES owns XBOX anyday!
Can you tell me where my country lies...

T'was quite good yes. The Gilliam/South Park style animation was a bit of a rip-off, but the CONTENT of that was the funniest part. Some nice ideas though. And I've just realised I'm posting in NotBBC mode rather than ProgArchives mode! Hang on...

*rushes off and changes hat*

Right then - yes, that was indeed amusing! My girlfriend used to be emo and is a bit ashamed of it nowadays. I'm not sure whether to show her this as she'd definitely see the funny side but it might still ring a little too true...

Schizophrenic too, eh? We're certainly getting through a lot of personality disorders today!

Ahh it comes from having two obsessions. NotBBC is my haunt for swapping opinions on TV, comedy, films, etc

I automatically started analyising this! I can't help it these days! I can be watching the funniest show ever but I'll still be thinking about camera angles.

The Emo/Punk scene is really big around my area.

It sucks.

I think the non-music prog lounge is a bit easy to mistake with the non-prog music lounge, when doing things quickly.

Yeah well, but this doesn't have anything to do with music either... really
