The Rover followed by Custard Pie. Both are nasty hard rock numbers with some great crunchy guitar work and heavy rhythms.

1. The Rover - Used to be my favorite when I was just getting into this album. I guess "Ten Years Gone" has taken the first spot now, but it's a close second. Raw heavy epic minimalism, what's not to like? That chorus is so damn beautiful.
2. Custard Pie - The lyrics are hilariously sleazy. Gotta love the riff. I do think the song is a bit overlong considering it's based on a single musical idea, but it doesn't really get boring.
3. Houses of the Holy - What a lovely little power pop tune. Strangely enough, the gritty guitar tone works perfectly with the soft melody. Again, a bit overlong for having so little variation. One of the great things about the Beatles is that they made their songs as long as necessary but as short as possible. At 2:30, this would have lost none of its power and would have been even more addicting.
4. Trampled Under Foot - Gets my blood pumping for about two minutes until I realize it just goes on and on. They should have faded this out during the Jones solo after the "bridge" and it would have kicked ass. In fact, I think I'm gonna do that myself in Audacity right now. At the very least, they should have brought it to an end with a last verse after the second bridge. Even in its excessive five-minute version though, I like it. And again, the sleazy lyrics have me rolling on the floor in laughter.

So, are you gonna do polls for the other seven tracks too? Would be cool.

Rover followed by Custard Pie! I've never been tired of either, whereas Trampled Underfoot I occasionally skip because I thrashed it as a kid

Trampled Under Foot contains some of Zepp's best bits (and some of the boring ones too). Gets my vote.
