Turn of the Century is one of the most beautiful songs I've
ever heard. This is my second crack at it. If I hadn't lost the original files
of my first version of this song, I would have simply had Tim record his vocals
and reposted it, but after much internal struggle and coaxing from Tim and
others, I decided to relearn the parts and do it again. This is a very special
song for me, and now I am glad I redid it, as I think it turned out better than
my old version. So please enjoy this new take on Turn of the Century by YES
from their album Going For The One. This features myself on all instruments and
Tim Wardle on vocals. This video took 3.5 months to complete. I play the middle
instrumental section on classical guitar instead of piano, just to mix it up a
bit. I hope you like my arrangement/interpretation.
