I usually correspond Irrlicht with Alpha Centauri (the dates obviously not counting for me). Mechanized Cyborg vs. atemporal Zeit probably makes less sense, but the bigger scale impulse is a match. Irrelevant reasoning above, though, because I would choose Zeit over 98% of all music. EDIT: Also, please correct ”Klause” in poll, before I rage.

The Schulze one for me. Zeit is a record I enjoy once a year perhaps. I find it very difficult to get into "the mood" it requires. Having said that, and in correlation with what Ricochet said, - I think Cyborg is a far better album than any of the mentioned, and a better fit for this poll in terms of musical relations between two giant electronic artists. That´s just my take anyways - it´s your poll Great to see some bib bib in polls! I´m listening to Body Love pt 2 right now

The opposite for me. I'm in the mood for Zeit a lot more often than Irrlicht.

I have a very weird relationship with Zeit. Sometimes it irritates me like those noises that come from old televisions - that persistent almost non-existing background noise boring its way into your head, - and at other times I really "get" it and think it´s a full-blown masterpiece Tobacco helps - and certainly not the brown stuff...

Irrlicht is very good, but, you know, Zeit is Zeit...

Zeit for me - it's pretty much perfect, whereas for me Irrlicht is a sketch of a great album rather than a fully realised piece of work.

Ehhh neither are close to my favorites.
Probably Irrlicht, just for doing so much without synthesizers.

Irrlicht is great but Zeit is one of my all-time favourites.

I love Schulze's body of work much more, but Zeit definitely beats Irrlicht.
