First off, this is probably in the wrong part of the forum. My apologies, I had no idea where to put it.
Secondly, the issue at hand. I recently placed an order at ReR USA and long story short there was a snafu which has created a situation I need remedied, perferrably sooner than later. In the past month or so I've sent them at least three emails and called them three or four times and I haven't gotten any response to any inquiry I've made. (And the phone calls are directed straight to voice mail.)
So, does anyone know what is going on with ReR USA? Have they taken a hiatus? Do they have strange new hours they aren't advertising? Is there another way to contact someone at the helm? Etc?
