First off, it's called "A Dying Man's Hymn".  Not sure when it's being released, though. Anyway, I got this off of their Facebook page.

Looks like another album cover by the great Mark Wilkinson, wouldn't surprise me since he did work on Excavations of the Mind. Smile

Wow, beautiful. Like the font on the band's name too. 

Their website says that it was indeed done by Wilkinson, and the release date is June 6th
