Topic: Welcome :) Posted: June 15 2005 at 17:49 |
Hello everybody:) This site is great and it's big pleasure for me to meet You:) In Poland we have many fantastic bands - i'll recommend You the new album of Quidam - "SurREvival". It's really great! They will have a couple concerts in Europe so You may see them in action. Ok, that's all for the moment. See ya!

Czesc! No wreszcie cos sie ruszylo, dotad bylo nas tu trzech, najwyzej czterech!
The new Quidam line-up is just as good-sounding as the old one, but let's face it, not nearly as good-looking...

Using languages other than English is against the forum rules!!!!!
But OK, let's see if I can fool the admins and sneak this poem through:
How good to be baranek,
To wake up every ranek,
To run out to polanek,
And sing a song like this:
Be, be, be, kopytka carry me

Hey, I wrote 'ziemiaku', not 'ziemniaku' ('ziemiak' = 'earthling', the Polish translation of 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy', remember?)
And yes, it is Hendrix... I swear, when I saw that cowboy outfit and the background on that photo I was certain it was a 90s or 2K thing... I thought it was someone from OutKast or another hip-hop band... guess that makes me not only the forum alien, but the forum idiot as well...

Hmmm this is very difficult question for me micky because of that I love all from the prog sub-genres And I like old as well as new prog music.
Maybe I tell You what I listen to lately:
1. MASERATI (Post Rock/Math rock)
2. FROMUZ (Jazz Rock/Fusion)
3. THE DEAR HUNTER (Crossover Prog)
4. SHELS (Experimental/Post Metal)
5. ALMUADEM (Psychedelic/Space Rock)
6. WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM (Tech/Extreme Prog Metal)
7. SATELLITE (Neo Progressive)
8. TANGERINE DREAM (Progressive Electronic)
9. ROBERT WYATT (Canterbury Scene)
10. ANEKDOTEN (Heavy Prog)
Big diversity, open mind for new sounds - this is what I like
